Our Covent Garden neighbour has launched this scent into a new home collection in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum® to unite the worlds of fine fragrance and fine art. Now there’s a drink to match.

The Lobby Bar is a London institution and dynamic drinking destination at the corner of Covent Garden, known for exquisite and inventive signature cocktails crafted by our master mixologists. The opportunity to create a summer drink to represent the sun-soaked Sunflower Pop fragrance from Floral Street proved irresistible. Its fresh blend of pink grapefruit gin, Aperol and floral amaro with zesty mandarin and bergamot offers the citrusy flavour of summer in a glass.

SUMMER IN A COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 cocktail:

• 40ml Malfy Gin Rosa
• 20 ml Aperol
• 20 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 20 ml Homemade Peach cordial
• 20 ml Mandarin Bergamot Soda
• 20 ml Henners Sparkling Wine

Simply pick your favourite tall glass and place a large ice cube in.  

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add in some ice and shake away to cool.  

Pour your cool, refreshing cocktail into your glass to enjoy.
